We will be participating in the new student orientation at Asbury University on August 24th. This is a way of intoducing new college students to Mt. Freedom. If you can help with this event, see Pastor Nathan.

Elkhorn Baptist Ministry
World Equestrian Games

Elkhorn Baptist Association is in need of volunteers for WEG this fall to distribute 80,000 horseshoe shaped pins for "pin trading". These pins will be a witnessing tool, The colors of the pins explain the plan of salvation. If you would like to volunteer, contact the associational office at 859-254-7747.

Operation Nighthawk

The city of Wilmore is sponsoring Brovo Company of the 101st Airborne Divison currently deployed in Afghanistan under the command of Captain Mark Van Horn from Wilmore. Churches in the community have been requested to collect items for distribution to the division. There is a box in the welcome center.
